Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing tickets for our events through River of Words.
Since tickets are for time-bound events, all sales are final.

Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.

In case of event cancellation by the organisers, the full ticket amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Ticket transfers are permitted only upon written request made at least 10 days before the event date.
