This one-hour creative writing workshop invites children aged 10-14 to explore the impact of climate change in India through storytelling. Combining discussion, imagination, and writing, the session helps participants connect global environmental issues with their local experiences. Through guided prompts and short exercises, children will learn how to express the voice of the Earth, rivers, animals, or people living through climate shifts, turning awareness into empathy and action. The workshop will conclude with a “Pledge with a Pen” activity where each child writes one small action they will take to protect the planet. By blending creativity with climate consciousness, the workshop will encourage young writers to see themselves as storytellers for a greener future.
